Jay Bell

I met him at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium in Clearwater, Florida in 1996, when the Pittsburgh Pirates came to play the Philadelphia Phillies in a spring training game.

Jay signed a 1992 Upper Deck card #115.

    I always heard he was a decent in person signature. I thought for sure he would have a few certified autos by now, but nothing that I know of.
