Pepe McNeal

I met him at a Florida Instructional League game at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium in Clearwater, Florida in 1995, when the St. Louis Cardinals came to play the Philadelphia Phillies.
Pepe signed a 1994 Topps Stadium Club Draft Picks card #59.

    Nice card. Braden and I got the same card signed. However, he personalized them both and wrote his kind words over his face.
