I met him at a Minor League game at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium in Clearwater, Florida in 1994, when the Vero Beach Dodgers came to play the Clearwater Phillies.
I remember him taking his time signing my card, as if he was carefully drawing a picture. To this day I am still mesmerized by his signature, mainly because I can't figure out what language it's written in.
Willis signed a 1992 Upper Deck Minor League card #102.
