Jay Heaps


I met him at Al Lang Stadium in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2019, when Birmingham Legion FC, whom he was the president and general manager of, came to play the Tampa Bay Rowdies.

Jay signed a 2004 Upper Deck Major League Soccer card #78.
