In February of 2021, I decided to seek out an address for Joe Ganote. I discovered that he was the Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Director in Louisiana and I found an address to his office, so I sent him my card and a letter.
Seventeen days later my card came back signed.
Joe signed a 1992 Fleer Pro Cards Dunedin Blue Jays Team Set card #1993.
