I met him at an autograph signing at the Tampa Sports Collectors Expo at the Florida State Fairgrounds Special Events Center in Tampa, Florida, in 2024.
Cecil signed the cover of the January 1991 issue of Beckett Baseball Card Monthly.
In 1995, Barry Larkin had signed the back cover for me.
