I met him at Paul Owens Training Facility at Carpenter Complex, the Philadelphia Phillies spring training facility in Clearwater, Florida in 2017.
He was there to watch his son, Jesmuel, whom I met just a couple weeks prior.
Jose signed a 1991 Classic Best card #33.
