I met him at a spring training game at Spectrum Field in Clearwater, Florida in 2017 between the Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies.
I knew that Rich lived in the area, so I had been carrying his card with me for a couple of years, hoping I would one day run into him.
Rich signed a 1990 T&M Sports card #19.
