Steve Balboni

I met him at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2019, where he was scouting a game between the Houston Astros and Tampa Bay Rays.

I was standing outside of the stadium, waiting to get in line to enter when I recognized Mr. Balboni approaching. I was aware that he was a scout, so I carried a card of his with me in case I ever bumped into him.

I met him at a Minor League Clearwater Phillies game at Jack Russell Memorial Stadium in Clearwater, Florida in 1999, while he was on a rehab assignment.
